Painting in Italy

I traveled to Italy to paint in 1996 and again in 2001.  Both trips were marvelous.  In 1996 I stayed in Florence for a week, also visiting Sienna and Cinque Terra.  In 2001 I spent 10 days in Genoa, painting along the Italian Riviera. There I also painted several small watercolor sketches.

I will be going back to Italy in September of 2008 to paint for three weeks in a small village in Tuscany.
